The landing is accessible through the back door, which is finished with glass walls and a tiled floor. The largely tiled utility room is equipped with connections for washing equipment. There is also a worktop with sink and build-in boiler. The kitchen has a heated tiled floor, stucco walls and a stucco ceiling with recessed lighting. The kitchen enjoys a lot of light thanks to the French doors and wicket door that provide access to the yard. The corner unit is finished with a large gas stove with 7 burners, 2 ovens, 1 grill and a heat-preserving cabinet. There is also a dishwasher, 1 ½ sinks, a granite worktop and build-in boiler. The one side of the kitchen island offers storage space whilst the other side can be used as a bar. The fridge and freezer are located in a separate cupboard. The office has a tiled floor, stucco walls and a plasterboard ceiling. The room enjoys a lot of light through the large partitioned window. The head high dry cellar is accessible from the office and is finished with a concrete floor and accessible via a wooden staircase. Equestrian accommodation:
The spacious hall features part masonry and part sheet piling walls with a concrete plinth. The roof of the building is insulated. The front facade features two pairs of sliding doors, one of which is quite elaborate and one is a roller door. A partly tiled toilet area is located straight upon entering the stable section. The adjacent tack room has a concrete floor and concrete walls. This area houses the meter cupboard (both for the equestrian accommodation as well as the house), connections for washing equipment, groundwater pump, boiler, camera installation and controls for the electric fence. The washing area is finished with a concrete floor and concrete walls. A thermostat provides hot and cold water. A washbasin is located next to the laundry room. The hallway is finished with a clinkered floor, the walls of the storage area and the indoor arena are constructed from concrete elements. The 15 stalls (approximately 3 x 3.5 m) have part hardwood, part galvanized rotatable front walls. The floor, partitions and rear walls are all made of concrete. The stables have an outer hatch and grilled partitions (except for the last 2 stalls). The storage area / tool storage is generous in design. The space is finished by means of a cladded floor, concrete element walls and an insulated ceiling. The garage is part of the storage area, which features a wooden beamed ceiling, concrete walls and a pinned floor. The garage has an automatic rolling door. The workshop is accessible through the back of the garage, which can also be reached via a door to the yard.  The indoor arena (approximately 20x40 meters) can be reached from the stable area by means of two doors. The side façade also offers access through two large sliding doors to the yard. At the front there is a small storage room and a basic canteen. The indoor arena is finished with a wooden kick wall, steel trusses and walls that are part concrete elements and part sheet piling. The arena is has a sand footing. The horse walker fits 4 horses and is equipped with sprinklers and lighting. Plastic mats are situated underneath the sand layer. The dung heap has a concrete floor and concrete walls. The outdoor arena (approximately 20 x 60 m) is equipped with a wooden fence, irrigation and light installations. It is equipped with a sand footing. The various pastures on the property are surrounded by wooden fences with electric fencing or in some cases only wooden poles with tape rail.

Guest house:
The entrance hall has built-in wardrobes. It also offers access to the toilet and shower rooms and the kitchen. The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a toilet. The fully tiled shower room is equipped with a shower, sink and natural ventilation. The kitchen has a wooden floor, walls that are partly panelled, partly stuccoed and a plasterboard ceiling. The simple kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob, sink and separate refrigerator. The living room has carpeting, stucco walls and a plasterboard ceiling. A sliding door provides access to the yard.
