Equestrian accommodation:
Barn I:
The first barn is constructed of steel trusses, masonry skirting and sheet piling, is covered with corrugated sheets and features a clinker floor. The first section of the hall is currently in use as a storage room. The second section features 14 stalls with part hardwood, part galvanized front walls and partition walls and has French sliding doors. A mezzanine is located above the stables.

Riding hall:
The riding hall is made of steel trusses, part masonry, part sheet piling wall and features an insulated roof with a skylight along the ridge of the roof. The indoor arena (approximately 20 x 40 meters) is equipped with a sandy bottom with irrigation and a wooden edge. In addition to the indoor arena there are 9 stalls and 2 washing / grooming areas. There is an accommodation at the front of the building, which consists of a canteen, kitchen, pantry and several bedrooms on the 1st floor. The canteen has a tiled floor, wooden beams and masonry walls. The kitchen corner unit is equipped with an oven, 1 ½ sink, gas hob, microwave, fridge and plenty of storage space. The canteen overlooks the riding area and yard through the windows. There is a kitchen unit and bar located here. Barn 2:
The riding hall is connected to the adjacent barn by means of a canopy. The canopy is currently being used as a storage space. The barn is divided into 3 sections that can all be closed off by means of a sheet piling door. The first part houses 9 horse stables, the second part has 10 horse stables and the third part houses another 9 horse stables, a tack room and grooming area. Outdoor arena:
The drained outdoor arena (circa 28 x 60 meters) is completely fenced off by wood and features a  sandy bottom, lighting and sprinkling system.

Horse walker:
The fully enclosed horse walker is suitable for 8 horses. It has an asbestos-free corrugated roof, steel trusses and rubber band fence. The bottom is lined with a sandy layer. A lunge pen is situated in the centre of the horse walker.

Lunge pen:
The lunge pen has a sand footing.

Paddocks:
There are 5 paddocks of various sizes, all of which feature wooden fences and have a sand footing.

Manure pit:
