Horse barn I (ca. 47x11 mtr):
The horse stable is located directly behind the house and built of masonry. The roof is covered with asbestos-free corrugated sheets. The horse stable has 14 horse stalls, 3 washing areas, 3 grooming areas, a tack room and an indoor horse walker. The stalls feature part bamboo, part galvanized front and partition walls. The sliding doors and the rear walls are covered with rubber.
The renovated washing and grooming areas are finished with a rubber floor and the rear walls are partly covered with rubber. The washing areas have hot and cold water connections. In addition to the washing and grooming areas, there is also a storage room and a laundry room, which features a 50 amp connection for industrial washing machines. The tack room features a tiled floor, sink and storage space. A sliding door in the side facade provides access to the yard from the stable area. A corridor connects the stable to the riding hall with adjacent reception and office space. There is also a toilet and a second reception and office space in the corridor. The reception area is isolated and has a tiled floor with a wooden look which features partial floor heating. A new large window offers a direct view of the indoor arena. Riding hall (ca. 21x45 mtr.):
The riding hall is constructed from steel trusses, sheet pile walls and the roof is covered with asbestos-free corrugated sheets, which are partially transparent. The riding hall was built in 2000 and renewed several times. The facades of the hall are insulated. The indoor arena (approximately 25 x 45 m.) Is equipped with an Achterberg bottom with a new wooden rim frame and an automatic sprinkler system. Large sliding doors in the side of the building provide access to the yard. An overhang was built on the right side of the riding hall in 2011. It is made with steel trusses and provided with an asbestos-free corrugated roof. The overhang (approximately 6 x 25 meters) is extremely suitable as a storage space or to store hay and straw. The overhang has a paved floor and lighting.

Horse barn II (circa 46 x 11 meters.):
The detached, 2nd stable is built from brickwork and the roof is covered with sheet piling. It has a wide skylight along the ridge of the roof. Wooden doors at the front give access to the front part of the barn. This section is equipped with 7 horse stables. These horse stables (approximately 3.5 x 3.5 m.) Are all equipped with part bamboo and part galvanized front and partition walls, sliding doors and the rear walls are covered with rubber. The tack room is finished with a tiled floor, stucco walls, a stucco ceiling and fixed cupboard space. Dung heap and manure pit:
The deepened dung heap (approximately 3 meters deep) is equipped with a fluid resistant concrete floor and walls and is fenced off with mesh fencing. Next to the dung heap there is an irrigation pit (2008) with a source pump for irrigating the riding hall and outdoor facilities. In addition to the dung heap there is an additional manure pit, which is finished with a concrete floor and concrete walls.

Outdoor Arena
