This equestrian facility is situated at a private location in the outskirts of De Rips and consists of a spacious detached residential farmhouse with an integrated care home, detached outbuildings with a total of 10 horse stalls, 1 mare/foal stable with storage space, an outdoor arena (approx. 75 x 30 meters) and pasture. Solar panels are present on the roof of the largest horse barn, making the property self-sufficient for electricity. There is a permit for the realization of an indoor riding arena. Farmhouse
Ground floor:
The hallway is finished with a vinyl floor, plastered walls and a wooden ceiling. The hallway provides access to the living room and the bedroom/office on the ground floor. The bedroom on the ground floor is of course suitable for several purposes, such as a playroom or study. The room is finished with a laminate floor, stucco walls and a wooden ceiling. This room provides ample storage space through the 3 fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is finished with a tiled floor, stucco walls with wood panelling and a stucco ceiling. In the kitchen is a characteristic chimney with wood stove. The country style kitchen is situated against a single wall and is equipped with a sink, gas stove (6-burner gas hob) with wide oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. Integrated care unit:
The portal is finished with a tiled floor, plastered walls and a softboard ceiling. The portal provides access to the kitchen, the living room, the toilet and the bathroom. The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a wall-hung toilet and a small basin. The bathroom is also fully tiled and equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity cabinet. The kitchen has a tiled floor with underfloor heating, plastered walls and a softboard ceiling. The kitchen wall unit is equipped with a sink, a ceramic hob, combi microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Various drawers provide plenty of storage space. In the kitchen there is a door to the yard. The spacious living room has a laminate floor, plastered walls and a softboard ceiling. There is natural light coming in through the large windows and. There is a soapstone stove in the room.  The first bedroom is finished with vinyl flooring, plastered walls and ceiling. There is natural light from the large window. The room gives access to the 2nd bedroom/dressing room. This has the same finish as the first bedroom and gives access to the annex. The annex is finished with a concrete floor and walls, wooden frames and an insulated roof. Wooden sliding doors in the rear facade provide access to the yard. An attic provides extra storage space.

Outbuilding:
Horse barn 1 (former cow barn):
The detached horse barn, which used to function as a cow barn is built in brick with steel trusses. The insulated roof is covered with asbestos corrugated sheets and equipped with solar panels. The barn section is finished with a concrete floor and covered walls. There are two grooming areas and washing area which is equipped with hot and cold water and a sink. There are six horse stalls in the barn and a mare/foal stable. The stalls are built with partly hardwood and partly galvanized front walls, brick partitions and brick rear walls. Large wooden sliding doors in the rear facade of the building provide access to the yard. A regular door in the side facade provides access to a fully tiled storage room, the former milking parlour, which is equipped with a sink with boiler (Daalderop), connections for washing equipment and a fuse box. The former milking stable is now in use as the tack room. This room is tiled and has a wooden beamed ceiling. The milking covered with wooden beams.

Horse barn II:
This horse barn (150 m2) contains five stalls. It has been built with wooden facades and the roof is made of asbestos-free corrugated sheets. The stalls have wooden fronts, partitions and rear walls. They have Dutch doors. The barn has electricity.

Shed/machinery parking:
This brick shed (ca. 144 m2) with steel trusses has an open front. The roof is covered with asbestos corrugated sheets. The floor is made of concrete and there is electricity in the shed.

Outdoor arena:
The arena measures ca. 75x30 m. It has sand footing, lights and wooden fencing.

Pastures:
The pastures (ca. 5.400 m²) have electric fencing with wooden posts.
